Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please call us immediately at +39 06 1234 5678. Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not been prepared. Once preparation has begun, cancellations cannot be processed due to the nature of our products.
Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Orders
