'HarvestPlum started with a humble vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi household in 1985, our pizza shop began as a quaint family endeavor, inheriting recipes that span generations.

Marco Bianchi, our patriarch, mastered the craft of pizza creation while venturing across Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, the homeland of pizza. After returning to the UK, she aimed to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza, employing timeless traditions and top-quality ingredients.

From small beginnings with only 12 seats, we've evolved into a cherished local staple while preserving our dedication to excellence and originality. We continue the practice of wood-fired ovens, daily fresh dough preparation, and acquiring the best ingredients available.

Nowadays, 'HarvestPlum' is still operated by the Bianchi lineage, with the next generation at the helm of our devoted crew. Even as we adopt new innovations, the core of our business stays intact: making luscious, authentic pizzas that unite individuals.

Our pizzas are made following age-old traditions, with a fermentation process lasting 48 hours for our dough, and bakes in genuine wood-fired ovens.
